Aioli is just a fancy word for garlic flavored mayonnaise. You can use this for sandwiches, wraps marinades, as a dip, etc. You can make everything from scratch, but I always find it a bit too watery…so I use premade mayo and add in a few other ingredients, let it sit, and then enjoy with my favorite foods.
1 cup mayo
3 garlic cloves (minced)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt (less if desired)
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Mix together all of the ingredients. Cover and let it sit in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before using.

im going to use this on everything. seriously. someone give me a baguette STAT
