Everyone gives regular chocolate as gifts, so why not be different and give white chocolate bark instead! I like to top it with cranberries, which are slightly tart, and super sweet golden raisins (my favorite!). The colors pop and the recipe is only 3 ingredients…what more could you want with a delicious candy!
8 oz white chocolate
1 tablespoon dried cranberries
1 tablespoon golden raisins
Over a double boiler, melt the white chocolate. Pour onto a parchment paper lined plate or tray and spread into your desired shape.
While the chocolate is still hot, sprinkle on the dried fruits.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened.
Break into pieces and enjoy!
