Light, fluffy, creamy goodness…what more could you ask for? Sometimes it’s good to use the classics, so here is my recipe for the classic whipped cream.
1 ½ cups whipping cream
2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar
Pour the cream into a large mixing bowl.
Using an electronic mixer beat the cream until slightly frothy (2-3 minutes).
Add in the powdered sugar, and then continue to beat until airy peaks form (roughly 5 minutes).
Serve and enjoy!
