What is this?! Why it’s a recipe for a goopey marshmallow spread! Super sticky and gooey, bright white and surprisingly simple – marshmallow fluff can totally be made at home. I like to swirl it into ice cream, add to sweet sandwiches, and even drizzle into milkshakes! This recipe makes A LOT of fluff, so feel free to cut it in half if you don’t use it too often!
2 cups light corn syrup
3 egg whites
2 ½ cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
In a large mixing bowl using an electric mixer on high, beat the egg whites with the corn syrup for 5 minutes (or until thick). Add in the powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt. Continue beating until everything is incorporated and thick.
Enjoy!
