Whipped cream is great from a tub, better from a can, and the best when homemade! Super quick and simple to put together, yet it elevates a dessert to a level unachievable with a store bought variety. I like my whipped cream milder, but if you like super sweet, add another tablespoon or two of powdered sugar!

1 ½ cup whipping cream

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Pour the cream into a large mixing bowl. Take your electronic beater and beat the cream until frothy (around 3 minutes).

Add the powdered sugar. Beat until combined.

Add the cinnamon and continuing beating until light, airy peaks form from the cream. This takes around 5 minutes.

Dollop on any dessert, or eat straight from the bowl!
