This wrap has a nice flavor combination. I love the crunch from the asparagus followed by the soft texture of the tuna and firmness of the tortilla. I combine three types of condiments to add to the tuna…I like them all, so why not! It’s a fun way to use asparagus : )

10 oz tuna

5 asparagus spears

1 tortilla wrap

2-3 tablespoons asiago cheese (grated)

1 tablespoon onion (diced)

1 teaspoon mustard

1 teaspoon mayonnaise

1 teaspoon ranch

Salt and pepper to taste

Snap or cut the woody ends off of the asparagus spears.

Put the tuna in bowl. Add the mustard, mayo, and ranch dressing. Also add the diced onion and asiago cheese. Mix to combine. Add a pinch of salt and pepper if needed.

Take the tortilla (I used whole wheat) and spread on the tuna on half of the tortilla.

Lay the asparagus spears on the tuna.

Roll up the wrap. Slice in half.
