This veggie burger has become a staple in my freezer. Not only do I eat them as my go-to veggie burger for a quick lunch or BBQ, my parents love them too! Even my brother keeps these hefty burgers stocked in his apartment’s freezer…and his is practically a carnivore!

The burger has a slight spice and serious savory smokiness. We buy the ¼ lb size…I mean, come on, bigger is better when it comes to burgers! I prefer to grill and pan sear these burgers so a nice crust can form on the outside.  Chop them up to put into salads, wraps, quesadillas, on a bun, or whatever your heart desires…when you bite into one of these, you won’t miss the meat!
